but,no visa etc,they intend to do all the legal stuff once they there,im worried for them incase they loose it all for doing process in the wrong order,has it been done before that you know of the way they doing it?.sensible answers please . thanks

Anyone can own property in the United States. However, owning property will not help a person get a visa in any way. Unless they have some basis for immigrant visas (jobs or family members living in the USA) it's unlikely they'll be allowed to stay. 100% 1 Vote
