ok this is going to be a long question

my dad was a financial planner pulling in about 800,000 per year then he was sued for false alligations that clients made. he had his license revoked ok so my dad starts a used car lot and the state said that he sold insurance products with a revoked license (i was with him fishing the day they said he did) so he had 2 years probation (which is done) now they want to charge him 3 million dollars in compensation. i am worried because i know we dont have that money. but then again we have 13+ houses that are all together worth prolly like 15 million but arent sellable right now becasue of the economy. i am very worried and this sounds gay but sometimes i cry at night because im so worried. what should i do?
and if they do charge him the 3 million if we moved to a different country would we still have to pay it??

It is your father's job to worry about this, not you. If he owns 13+ houses then they could be confiscated in lieu of selling them for the cash.

Don't worry. Your father sounds like someone who will land on his feet.
