you need to check with your parents to confirm where you were born. The Government rarely is wrong. you should call them or go in person to the office below with your identification. if you can try to get a hospital copy of your birth, All hospitals keep a record of it that may help. and you need to return the incorrect certificates or you can be charged with identity theft. If your lawyer is getting nowhere also there must be something wrong with the information you are providing. recheck everything. also what happened to your first copyThe full name of the person on the birth certificate (please provide your maiden name or your name at birth)

The city or town and county of birth
The father’s full name
The mother’s full name, to include her maiden name
The requester’s relationship to the person named on the certificate
The requester’s reason for requesting the certificate

Arkansas Statute 20-18-305 does not allow public release of birth records, which are less than 100 years old. The law does permit release to specific persons who are related to the registrant and to his/her designated representatives, to academic research groups, and to persons who demonstrate a right to the record.
