My puppy has had kennel cough for the past 4 days yesterday i took him to the vet and he gave him some antibiodics its some white med that smells good..well anyway he woke me up this morning with the worst cough/hacking/chokeing sound..he did it for like 10 mins strights and even when the coughing wasnt loud he was breathing heavy..hes got mucus stuck in his throat i can hear it but he coughs it up and swollows it..how long before the meds start working..and also why was it so bad this morning...is it becuase it was settling in his lungs all night?

THERE MAY BE SOMETHING IN YOUR KENNEL/HOME THAT IT IS BAD TO IT.
CLEAN YOUR HOME AND GO BACK TO THE VET AND LET THEM TO LOOK AGAIN AND SEE IF THERE IS A WAY TO KEEP THE ANIMAL FOR A DAY AND SEE IF IT STILL HAVING THAT ALLERGY 100% 1 Vote
