I know thet budgie's only come in condition sertan time of year and males are a deek blue and females are a dark crutsty brown. I want to know what puts them in condition so could someone help?

First is the conditions they are kept in,(if they happy they will come into condition)

Their diet,birds that are well looked after and fed on the correct diet will come into condition,(When their breeding season comes around)

This is the simplest way to tell you,
