No not really, the military has a trump card. Just like if your registration, or driver's license expires while you are deployed, you don't have to pay any fee's. He should mention it to his detailer and they will either take care of it or tell him what to do. But he can get shipped off an the warrant will just stand when he gets back. 100% 2 Votes
