this is a discusting and very sad case.

All that witnessed this accident should be identified by their rego plates and photoes and publicly outted and be put up for some sort of offense.
isnt it the same as knowing or seeing someone kill and not reporting it to the police and not comming to their aid.

seems the same to me ..

identify- publisize their name and photo and then arrest them.
