I was wondering there are so many people in China that are watching the army dig through the rubbles and are trying to look for the trapped civilians. If every single person helps out instead of just standing there wont it be faster? Cause I would love to say to the by standers out on the streets who are just standing there " We should all come and digg out the rubbles and help find the people who are stuck in there. If we all contriubute, every single one of us! we can find them faster". Why dont the army officals say that? Why dont EVERY SINGLE PERSON help out not just the ARMY??
