I have one-and it's the biggets disappointment ever. the aftersales was awful. They refused to send an engineer when I reported a fault 3 months after installation-as they didn't believe it was faulty so quick, so I had to pay British Gas to fix it. Vokera then wouldn't refund the cost of the Britiah Gas repair bill, as they said their engineers should have fixed it!Since then, I took out the British Gas homeserve plan, and I am on first name terms with the engineer as he is here so often, I see more of this man than his own wife and kids do!
Don't go there! I would never buy Vokera again! 43% 3 Votes
