Not your problem and I wouldn't lose a moments sleep over it. If sometime in the future they ask you or someone else does, "Sorry, didn't see anything." Don't tell any "friendly" neighbors either. There's always a two-faced snitch. Sorry to sound so nasty E.J. It's just the facts of life. Now if the neighbor was having a heart attack, I would have to call the ambulance. There are limits.
